Spyderco Atlantic Salt Pocket Knife

It has been speculated that the sheep-shaped blade originated with sailors who found that the rounded tip was especially beneficial when the knife could fall accidentally (think of working on a boat with the choppy sea) since it could not stab the Foot hitting the deck.

Spyderco rescue knives are preferred by sailors and since then the design has been adopted by rescuers, emergency medical technicians and ranchers.

Now available in a rust-proof version, the Atlantic Salt is a modified Rescue made of state-of-the-art stainless steel H1. The blade is available at SpyderEdge that offers remarkable cutting performance in and around fresh and salt water.

The handle is molded FRN and is available in black or bright yellow and features a reversible black-coated titanium pocket clip to carry it up on the left or right side.

We recommend threading a lanyard or cord through the hole of the cord to hold it well when we are at sea, where once it falls, a knife is often unrecoverable or lost.
