· Given its modular design, the ice ax can be adapted to a particular ascent

· Especially suitable for demanding technical mountaineering and ice climbing

· The bent shaft makes hooking on steep ice or rock easy while creating an optimal grip angle

· The hot forged head allows the use of an adze / hammer and the choice of ICE or DRY (for a demanding mixed climb, the ice ax can be used without a whip / hammer)

· The shape of the head is designed so that it can get stuck in cracks and to provide support for climbing in soft snow

· The weight of the head is concentrated in the trajectory of the movement making the penetration in the hard ice as easy as possible

· Possible to connect a carabiner to the head or to hang the ice ax in the PORTER

· The ergonomically shaped grip is made of double density plastic for thermal insulation and a secure grip

· A carabiner or BUNGEE strap can be attached to the tip
